·Mainframe adopts 5.7inches high resolution large screen display

Display conductance value, current value, pump pressure, flux and temperature, analyze spectra online, display spectra, peak and peak area (the numbers are real-time values) which is incomparable in China and can be used without computer.

Realize man-machine conversation via screen, mouse or LCD touch screen, set all working parameters, automatic stalls election and adjustment to control working state of conductance checker, volt-ampere checker, high-pressure stratospheric pump and workstation.

·Integrated Structure

Drawing 1 Combine conductance checker, volt-ampere checker, high pressure stratospheric pump, workstation, constant temperature system and online degassing, negative and positive ion analysis can be finished at one time if positive ion isolation column is equipped. Users can choose according to requests.

Drawing 2 Combine dual conductance checker, dual high-pressure infusion pump, dual sampling valve (manual or automatic), dual isolation columns and dual passages workstation. Negative and positive ion can be analyzed at one time.

Conductance Checker

Adopt precise five-pole conductance checker, divided into one route and dual route system. While adopting dual route system, negative ion and positive ion can adopt sequential recycling electrochemical inhibition, positive ion can adopt non-inhibition method, it has high agility for restraint method and easy operation advantages for non-inhibition method.

·High-pressure Infusion Pump

It is dual pistons Reciprocating pumps controlled by microcomputer, buffer and pressure sensor is equipped for flowing path so that impulsion of pump lowers to its most. Pump can work under ultrahigh pressure depending on advanced airproofing technique. We can provide imported pump or assembled pump made by Germany, users can choose freely.

Remark: 0－50Mpa pressure is available for special requests (stainless steel)

·Flow Path System

Adopt best parts in the world, pressure resistance of sampling valve reaches 7000psi, tie-in and flow path are made of PEEK materials (imported parts) with general purposes, cleaning agent made of strong acid and alkali is available, soluble to organic solvent which is convenient for users to analyze complicated samples, clean and repair chromatogram column. Users can change columns and proper cleaning agent freely. Higher pressure avoids leaks of flow path so that users have no worries at all.

Rated pipe of manual or automatic sampling valve can be set from 25µl to 200µl according to requests of users.

·Fit for chromatogram column with different requests

We provide many chromatogram columns for users (from Japan Shodex, America Alltech and domestic column, etc.), users can choose various negative and positive chromatogram columns, negative and positive ion protection column according to different requests of users.

·Chromatogram Column and Conductance Battery Constant Temperature System

Temperature has great influence on mobility and conductance of ion, conductance value will enhance 2% if temperature rises 1℃. In addition, temperature can modify isolation of iron in Chromatogram Column. Thus, precise temperature control towards column and box (Chromatogram Column, conductance battery) can gain good isolation and guarantee. Instrument box adopts dual layer structure with insulated layer, equipped with constant temperature system (semiconductor constant temperature tank), temperature ranges from 5 to 50℃. Temperature precision ±0.05℃. users can choose according to their working state.

·Most advanced inhibition tech in the world

Sequential automatic recycled electrochemical suppresser, automatic recycling online, easy operation, long service life. In addition, water suppresser and chemical suppresser can be collocated according to requests

·Online degassing function

Gas can be removed making use of vacuum principle (vacuum pressure -0.01MPa) in order to enhance agility and stability of instrument, operation will be easier. Users can choose according to their working state.

This software is linked closely to Microsoft Office and it can produce analysis report in Word. Rated results (or collection of rated results for many times) can be clipped and transmitted to Excel, analysis records can be stored into Access database directly.

Remote control can be realized via internet instrument, working parameters can be set online to carry out man-machine conversation to control automatic sampling machine

Automatic checker can give alarm and protect instrument if there are malfunctions while running.
